We are constantly reading. We are effectively learning and experiencing learning by organizing
the information gathered by our senses. In this way we develop an understanding of our
world. As our understanding changes; so is the way we do things. We learn by organizing our experience, sorting our images, code our stimuli and recalling from experience.
Irrespective of the stage and process taking place, learning is captivated. Individuals organize their experience according to their image processes and experience gained from previous learning skills. We do not only learn at school, learning is an ongoing process. Learning is a skill that is acquired and lack of this skill may be confused with dyslexia. Whilst learning is part of human evolution and academic learning is a right, the principle of learning has to be built into the education system through proactive work and self-belief.
This is where a programme of Academic Skills build up becomes an essential tool to ensure continuity of success. 270 subjects with ASD observed since 1999 showed dramatic improvement in academic skills, visual recall and concentration. 70 of who attained the worst results, were further observed over the past 3 years: +35% to 95% improved accuracy was demonstrated in educational capability, long term memory and visual recall.
Programme for Academic Skills Disorders (PASD™) was designed by Chaaban Zeidan and re-structured over the past 17 years to ensure success in the four main areas- referred to as PRAM:
1- Perception
2- Recognition
3- Attention
4- Memory
